Today we celebrate the life of Gregory B. Harcrow, more affectionately known as Greg, a loving father, dedicated friend, and respected veteran. Born on February 27, 1960, in Salina, Kansas, Greg embraced life's adventures with passion and a sense of boundless joy until his peaceful passing on August 12, 2024, in Temple, Texas.
A graduate of Philipsburg High School, class of '78, Greg went on to honorably serve his country in the navy before steering his path towards a career as a truck driver and welder. His life was marked by a love for the open road, with his passions including riding motorcycles, and spending time outdoors, camping and fishing.
Greg's legacy is carried on through his living parents, Richard and Maryann Harcrow, his brothers, Jeff and Tracy, his daughters, Melissa Harcrow and Megan Weathers, and his cherished six grandchildren. His best friend, Shannon Davis, and faithful dog, Ivy, also feel the immense loss of a soul who was the epitome of adventurous and loving. Greg's indomitable spirit touched many, and he will be remembered for an everlasting passion that defined every chapter of his journey.
