Gregory F. Hausinger, age 57, of Hartford, Wisconsin, passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 6, 2025.
Born on May 13, 1968, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, to Gregory Hausinger Sr., and Marilyn Schmidt.
Greg worked for the Wauwatosa School District maintenance department and enjoyed his work there.
He grew into a man known for his kindness, his humor, and his deep love for the people around him.
He was united in marriage to Sherri Windisch, on February 6th, 2025 in St Lucia, beginning a partnership filled with love and laughter.
Greg had a passion for rock music and collecting vinyl records.
He treasured time spent around campfires with his family and friends.
Greg enjoyed doing projects around the house, taking care of his yard, and grilling meals for his family.His downtime was spent listening to music and watching movies.
His charismatic charm, contagious laughter, and quick wit would fill every room he was in.
Gregory is survived by his loving wife, Sherri Windisch; his children, Kaden and Carley Hausinger; and his stepchildren, Kristina (Troy) Hermanson and Zack (Michelle Martin) Windisch. He is further survived by his stepsister, Crystal (Tom) Blagrave; and his cherished grandchildren, Saveya, Makiya, and Taytum Hermanson, and Macy Windisch.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Marilyn Schmidt; his stepfather, Martin Stankowski; and his late wife, Julie Anne Hausinger.
