Born in the sunny metropolis of Phoenix, Arizona, Greg was a vibrant soul known for his warm personality and infectious sense of humor. He touched the lives of many, leaving behind a legacy filled with laughter, love, and community.

For over 20 years, Greg proudly served as a factory-certified appliance repair technician. His expertise was unparalleled, but it was his dedication to helping others that truly defined his career. Whether it was fixing a refrigerator or sharing a chuckle with a client, Greg's approachable demeanor made him a friend to everyone he met.

Beyond his professional life, Greg had a zest for adventure that shone through in every activity he pursued. Fishing trips were more than just outings; they were opportunities for building memories with his sons, Nathaniel, Alexander, and Cameron Galica. This loving bond extended to their mother, Shannon Galica, who continues to cherish the moments they shared as a family. Greg's adventurous spirit also fueled his passion for BMX racing, where he shone brightly by winning the Arizona Gold Cup two years in a row—an achievement that made him immensely proud.

An enthusiast of all things thrilling, Greg's hobbies included shooting, riding his Harley, and BMX racing—each reflecting his dynamic personality. Each pursuit exemplified not only his love for adrenaline but also his camaraderie with friends and fellow sports enthusiasts.

Family was central to Greg's heart. He leaves behind his beloved mother, Maryann Jakubowski, and siblings Rhonda Gresh, Sandy, Toni, Kathy, and Joe Jakubowski. Their bonds were strengthened through a shared joy of laughter and countless cherished moments. While he is mourned by those who loved him, he is welcomed into an embrace of family in the afterlife, including his late father, Ronald Jakubowski, and brother, Ronnie Jakubowski.

In every memory we hold of Greg, we hear his laughter echoing warmly, a reminder of his ability to find humor in every situation. The impact he made on those around him will continue to inspire and uplift us all.
