Gregory Frederick Knopf

Gregory Frederick Knopf, age 64, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, March 16, 2026.

Greg was the beloved husband of 39 years to Rechelle Knopf; a loving and devoted father to Corey (Kelly) Knopf, Kendra (Will) Duttry, and Miranda (Hayden) Boutwell; and a cherished grandfather to Skylar Duttry, Brinlee Knopf, Liam Duttry, Maddox Knopf, Wyatt Duttry, Harper Knopf, Rylynn Duttry, and Emberly Knopf. He was an endeared brother to Ron Knopf and Brian Knopf. Greg was preceded in death by his mother, Melvie Knopf, and is survived by his father, Fred Knopf.

A lifelong resident of the greater Cincinnati area, Greg built a life centered on faith, family, and hard work. He was a skilled plumber and pipe fitter who took pride in his craft and the work of his hands. Above all, he loved the Lord and his family with his whole heart, a love that was evident in the way he lived and cared for those around him.

Visitation will be held on Friday, March 20, 2026, at 11:00 AM at Batavia Baptist Temple, 770 S Riverside Dr, Batavia, OH 45103, with funeral services immediately following at 12:00 PM at the same location. Burial will follow at Graceland Memorial Gardens in Milford, Ohio.
Greg will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew him.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Greg's memory to Batavia Baptist Temple.
