Gregory Clarke Olliff of Augusta, Georgia, entered into eternal rest from end stage heart failure on July 11, 2025. He was 76 years old. Born on March 23, 1949 in Savannah, GA, Greg was the son of the late J.R. Olliff and Frances Croft.
Greg is survived by his children, daughter Amanda Johnson (Andy) and son Noah Olliff; his sisters, Ramona Hall and Patricia Olliff; former spouse Tevis Hoffman, and six grandchildren: Wesley Creager, McKenna Johnson, Bennett Johnson, Nyla Olliff, JennaKate Johnson and Leonna Olliff.
Greg is preceded in death by his parents and brother, John Randall Aycock.
A veteran of the United States Army, Greg was stationed in Thailand where he worked in communications and morse code. After his honorable service, Greg began working as a radiographer. Throughout his long career, he worked in hospitals in Augusta, Statesboro and Aiken, SC. He retired as Chief Radiographer at Wellstar.
Greg was truly a master of all trades. He could fix cars, build decks, and repair just about anything. In his down time, Greg loved to watch the Georgia Bulldogs play football, play video games with his son and relax in his recliner to watch a good movie. Greg was a supportive father and friend and will be dearly missed by those who knew him.
To honor the wishes of Greg, there will be no funeral service.
