Gregory Alan Sempsrote

Gregory Alan Sempsrote passed away on October 18, 2025, at Viera Hospital in Viera, Florida, at the age of 67.

Greg was born on September 9, 1958, in Aurora, Illinois. He lived a life marked by dedication to his work and devotion to those around him. He built a respected career as an aircraft technician and was employed at United Space Alliance at the Space Center in Cocoa Beach, Florida.

Greg's technical expertise and commitment to excellence contributed to the nation's space efforts during a pivotal era in aerospace history. He also enjoyed boating, fishing and the outdoors. He was especially fond of cruises with family and friends.

Greg is lovingly remembered by his wife, Beverly Griffin; two stepsons, Clint (Michelle) Griffin and Steven (Allison) Griffin; and two grandsons, Owen and Aiden. He also leaves behind his sister, Tami (Rich) Leveille. He was preceded in death by his father, Kenneth Sempsrote, his mother, Melva Yates and his Uncle William Yates.

Faith played a central role in Greg's life. In his final days, he found peace in the assurance of meeting his Lord and Savior. May Greg's memory bring comfort to those who knew and loved him.

A Celebration of Life will be celebrated with family and close friends at a later date.
