Kaitlynn Marie "Katie" Stanton, 32, of Rockledge, Florida, passed away tragically in a boating accident on Sunday, October 26, 2025. Born in Titusville, Florida, Katie was a lifelong resident of Brevard County and a proud graduate of Astronaut High School, Class of 2011.

Katie was the kind of person who lived life to the fullest-fearless, free-spirited, and full of heart. She loved the outdoors and found joy in everything from hunting and fishing to mudding and boating, especially alongside her beloved longtime boyfriend, Wyatt Syfrett, who also passed away in the accident. Together, they shared countless adventures and a bond built on laughter, friendship, and love for the simple joys of life.

Her dad, James Stanton, often described her perfectly: "She was the girl who could pull off both-covered in mud one minute, and five minutes later, looking like a queen." That was Katie-beautiful inside and out, radiating strength, kindness, and authenticity in everything she did.

Katie's warmth and outgoing personality drew people in effortlessly. She had countless friends who adored her for her loyalty, humor, and genuine heart. She loved animals dearly, sharing her home with her German Shepherd, Blitz, and two cherished cats.

She was greeted in Heaven by her beloved mother, Debbie Stanton, and her brother, Kevin Stanton, who surely welcomed her with open arms.

Katie's life will be celebrated at New Life Space Coast in Titusville, Wednesday, November 5, 2025 at 10:00 am. She leaves behind her devoted father, James Stanton, and many loving extended family members and friends who will forever hold her memory close.

Katie's adventurous spirit, her laughter, and her love will continue to shine through all those blessed to have known her. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
