Gregory loved fishing and was an outstanding father! He was always known to be a hard worker.
Left to cherish his memory are his parents, Dean and Mary Solie; former wife Kimberly who cared for him for many years up till his passing; sons, Jeffrey Solie; Curtis Solie and his wife Mindy; and Shawn Solie and his wife Kari; siblings, Jeffrey Solie; his twin Sherry Strammer and her husband Eric; and Shelly Haskett; grandchildren, Brooke, Summer and Noah; nieces and nephews, Kelly, Travis, Stacey, Tommy and Devon; and his Aunt Debbie and her husband Steve; and Uncle Bob.

Greg was a master craftsman that could build, fix or repair anything. He was also a great fisherman. Him and I won a Mackerel tournament together, caught a 40 pound mahi off of Bradenton together (as well as numerous big dolphin in the Keys),caught numerous big gag and red grouper together and double teamed a big Marlin off of the Keys together to name a few instances. Greg also loved his family including his wife Kim, Jeffrey, Curtis, and Shawn
