Greg passed away peacefully at his home the morning of February 4, 2026, surrounded by his loving family. He was a wonderful husband, father and grandfather. He always had a smile on his face and enjoyed life to its fullest. His greatest passions were his family, music and anything to do with his grandchildren. He treasured family vacations to the Smokey Mountains, hiking, gem mining, UFO’s, Paranormal activities and BIG FOOT. While earth side he was not just devoted to family, he also proudly served over 40 years as a police officer with the Ascension Parish Sheriff’s Office where he was involved in many programs such as D.A.R.E, S.A.L.T, Junior Deputies and Christmas Crusades for Children. He is preceded in death by his parents Joseph and Evelyn Tullier, brother Leeland Tullier, and mother-in-law Jewel Wilkinson. He is survived by his wife Susan Mooney Tullier, their children Michael Macaluso (Jamie) twin daughters Megan (Tyler) Heagy, Kristin Tullier, and Melissa Kozikowski. Four grandchildren Alexis, Spencer, Damon and Emily. He is also survived by his sister Rhonda (Bob) Fogleman, sister-in-law Amy Tullier, father-in-law Ted (Betty) Mooney, several nieces and nephews. Granddaughters of the heart Jadelyn and Mary. As well as his sweet dog Marlee, grand pups Mario and Luigi. Special Thank you to Hospice of Baton Rouge- Candace, Charna and Keilen for taking exceptional care of Greg and our family. Heartfelt appreciation to all family members who provided help, support, advice, and care along with Our Special Neighborhood Families. Celebration of life will be held at Ourso Funeral Home in the chapel in Gonzales, La on February 13, 2026. Visitation will be at Noon and Service begins at 2.
