Gregory "Greg" Alan West, born October 18, 1962 passed away peacefully at home October 31st, 2025. Gregory was a loving husband to Kathy (39 years) and a devoted father to Josh who's married to Mollie and Jeremiah who's married to Nichole. Greg was the son of Carol Anderson and George West and had an older brother, Gary. Greg had 5 grandchildren, Brecken, Bentley, Braiden, McKenna, and Tristan. Greg was loving, funny and out going. He was always willing to lend a hand with anything for anyone or would be there to listen and lean on his shoulder. He enjoyed coaching his son's throughout childhood sports and loved watching his grandkids play sports. Greg absolutely love his family time when all of us would come visit.
Greg really enjoyed fishing, hunting and woodworking. He was so passionate about woodworking and hand carving projects. He has made everything from birdhouse, jewelry boxes, picture frames and tables. He was so talented in many ways.
Although Greg left us early at the age of 63, his knowledge, love, kindness, and respect will always be with his family and friends. Greg grew up in Michigan, move to Tennessee in 2012 after a job transfer with Ecolab, who he was devoted to for 32 years before he retired. Greg has so many close friends and family that cherished him so much. Greg will be missed but never forgotten. He will look over all of us as he will be our new guardian angel.
