Went to God on Friday, January 10, 2025, age 82.
Greg is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Nancy, his beloved children, Jessica (Chris) Nelson and Andy (Holly) Wilde, and his adoring grandchildren Annika, Alec and Jackson. Greg is further survived by his siblings Lorelei (late Robert) Kieweg, Lois (Wayne) Redlinger, Lynn (David) La Luzerne, and sister-in-law Marsha (Gordon Wilde) Milazzo. Greg is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, special friends, and neighbors.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Sylvia (née Zabinski) Wilde, brother Gordon "Gordy" Wilde, and in-laws Edward and Therese Krimkowski.
Greg's love of all his grandchildren, pets, cars, photography, and Green Bay Packers was unsurpassed. He was never without a furry companion, pictures of his family, a fun car to drive, and the latest football stats.
He was a dedicated husband, parent, grandparent, and employee – most recently as a salesperson at Uptown Motors. The legacy of Greg's life will be fondly remembered by all who knew him.
Special thanks to Dr. Peterson and Dr. Swords for excellent care and support to Greg and his family.
Visitation to be held on Tuesday, January 21, 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM at St. Mary's Visitation Catholic Church, 1260 Church Street, Elm Grove, Wisconsin.
