Services at Sol Levinson's Chapel 8900 Reisterstown Road Pikesville, MD 21208, on Friday, December 24th, 2021 at 12:30 pm. Interment Chevra Ahavas Chesed Cemetery - Randallstown. Please omit flowers. Contributions in her memory may be sent to Ahavas Yisrael Charity Fund, 115 Sudbrook Lane, Suite E, Baltimore, MD 21208. The family will be in mourning at 6309 Greenspring Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland 21209.

Dear Rabbi Lasson and Family:
Linda and I want to express our condolences on the passing of your wife and mother. I apologize for this late condolence notice but I only recently came across her passing in the 5783 Chevra Ahavas Chesed Rosh Hoshanah booklet. I understand that she passed away last December 24. So sad to hear and I am hope that she did not have a prolonged illness and was not suffering at the time of her death.
I remember Mrs. Lasson vividly when she greeted me on each Shabbos afternoon that I would come over to learn with Rabbi Lasson during my post-Bar Mitzvah junior high and high-school years in Baltimore. I went to public school and that learning every Shabbos meant so much to me. Rabbi Lasson married my wife Linda and I in August 1978. I owe a tremendous HaKos HaTov to him for helping me to stay religious, especially when I went to college at public universities located in places not populated with many Orthodox Jews (Madison, Wisconsin and State College, PA).
I will never forget the cold ice tea that Mrs. Lasson would always serve in the summer as Rabbi Lasson and we sat down to learn. She was always so kind, always with a smile on her face.
May we meet in the future only in Simcha. Wishing everyone good health and Mazel.
