Guadalupe Sanchez Obituary
Guadalupe was preceded in death by his wife Florence; his parents; siblings David, Chris, Charlotte, Mary (husband Benny also deceased), Cecilia (husband Louie also deceased), and Ida (husband Robert also deceased). He is also preceded in death by Andres and Amy Carrillo; siblings, Manuel (Rosemary), Consuelo (husband Pete also deceased) and Albert (Gina).
He is survived by his children Teresa Martinez and her daughter Isabella, Ida Lucero and her daughter Teresa, Lupe (Denise) their children Andres and Kayla, and Gloria (Steve) their daughter Andrea; sisters Della C de Baca, Irene Sanchez, Angie Osuna (husband Ted also deceased), Jackie Sanchez and Roberta Jean Apodaca (Mickey). Lupe is also survived by his brother-in-law Edward Carrillo (Margie), dearest neighbors Juke and Patty Dennis, and dearest friend Art Benavidez.
A viewing will be held on Tuesday, April 15, 2025, at Berardinelli Mortuary from 5:00 pm 7:00 pm. A rosary will be recited on Wednesday, April 16, 2025, at 9 am at The St. Anne Parish Catholic Church followed by the Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am. A reception will follow immediately at McGee Event Center. Interment will be held at 1:00 pm at Santa Fe National Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Robert and Larry Pacheco. Honorary pallbearers will be Andres Sanchez, David and Phillip Pacheco, Amy Sanchez, Lenore Gallegos, Art Benavidez and Edward Carrillo.
The family would like to give a special thanks to Ambercare and Amanus Caregiving for the wonderful hospice care provided to our father and grandfather.
