Gus Taylor Fisher, age 90 of the Long Creek Community in Macon County, TN passed away Sunday morning, June 12, 2022 at his home. Gus is in the care of Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Lafayette.
Funeral Services for Gus Taylor Fisher will be conducted Tuesday morning, June 14, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. from the chapel of the Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Lafayette with Elder Dewayne Gregory officiating. Interment will follow in the Hartsville Memorial Gardens with Military Honors by the Veterans Honor Guard.
Visitation will begin Monday afternoon from 1:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and again on Tuesday morning from 9:00 a.m. until service time at 11:00 a.m.
Family request memorials be made to the Old Bottom Missionary Baptist Church. You may make these memorials by calling or coming by the funeral home.
Survivors include: daughter & son-in-law, Teresa & Mike Carver of Lafayette; son and daughter-in-law, Jimmy & Darlene Fisher of the Oakdale Community; 3 grandchildren, Susan Carver Newberry, Adam Carver, Matthew Fisher; 4 great-grandchildren, Kaylee Newberry, Luke Newberry, Kyra Carver, Chloe Carver; sister, Mary Sue McKinley; sister-in-law, JoNell Knight Fisher, brothers and sisters-in-law, Henry & June Fisher all of Lafayette, Kenneth & Diane Fisher of Scottsville, KY, Jerry Fisher of Hartsville.
