Gwendolyn Ann “Gwen” Gaskins, 52, passed away Sunday, October 5, 2025.
Born on September 8, 1973, in Charleston, she was the daughter of Catherine Ferguson “Kitty” Allday and the late George Allen Gaskins. Ms. Gaskins attended Sampit Pentecostal Holiness Church and enjoyed spending time outdoors, working with flowers and cooking. She also enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.
Survivors include her mother of Andrews; two children, Javontay Rogers and William Gaddist both of Andrews; four aunts, Bobbi Woods of Charleston, Raye Roth (Doug) of FL, Gayle Lambert (Tommy) of Georgetown and Carolyn Dillingham of Moncks Corner; and numerous cousins.
She was preceded in death by a brother, George Allen Gaskins, Jr.
A memorial service will be held at 2 PM Saturday, October 18, 2025, at Sampit Pentecostal Holiness Church.
