H. Wilson Obituary
She was born on March 4, 1928 in Martinsville, Indiana to William Earl Johnson and Rose Lucille (Hedden) Johnson Walden. She graduated from Martinsville High School in 1946. She was a life member of the Spencer VFW. She and her husband, Marion Wilson, were married May 20, 1946. They had seven children.
Jean is survived by her children, Stephen Wilson, of Gosport, Indiana; Linda (Ed) Roy of Spencer, Indiana; Debra (PJ) Mitchell, of Ellettsville, Indiana; Richard Wilson of Ellettsville, Indiana; Diane Wilson, of Spencer, Indiana; 12 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; and 14 great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Rose Johnson; her sister, Juanita Johnson; her husband, Marion Wilson; her son, Larry Wilson; her daughter, Sherry Wilson; one grandson; and one great-grandson.
Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Thursday, February 26, 2026 at the Ellettsville House of Prayer. Funeral services will follow at 1:00 p.m. Entombment will be at Valhalla Memorial Gardens in Bloomington, Indiana.
