Hagan Paul Roberts, Jr., 77, of Kingsport, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, November 26, 2025, following a lengthy illness. Born in Kingsport, he had lived in the area for most of his life. Hagan was a self employed painter working throughout the Kingsport area.
He was preceded in death by Hagan Paul Roberts, Sr. and Lucille Roberts; and two brothers, Charles and Donnie Roberts.
Hagan is survived by his children, Melissa Weatherly and Ronnie, Kimberly Roberts, and Hagan Roberts, III; seven grandchildren; one great-grandchild; sister, Phyllis Light and Sam; several nieces, nephews, and cousins; and his many fishing buddies.
The family will receive friends from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Sunday, November 30, 2025, at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Homes, Kingsport. The funeral service will follow at 1:30 p.m. with Pastor Phil Kidd officiating.
Burial will be at 4 p.m. at Roberts Family Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
