Halsey Collins, Jr, 55 of Josephine, Wv passed away on may 3, 2025.
Born October 24, 1969 in Welch, Wv, he was the son of the late Halsey Collins and Flossie Jewel.
Halsey enjoyed hunting and fishing and ginseng hunting. He loved spending time with his grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother Everett and sisters, Brenda and Lucille.
He is survived by his children, Sarah Collins and James Collins of Joesphine; granddaughters, Skylar and Grace; brothers, Noah, John and Hensel Collins; sisters, Linda Bishop, Ruby Hicks, Leona Dobbs and Amanda Blankenship.
The family is planning a memorial service at a later date.
