Funeral service will be 10:30 AM Tuesday, October 21, 2025, at Trinity Lutheran Church (609 Lincoln Ave, Owatonna). Friends may greet the family 1.5 hours prior to the funeral at church, starting at 9:00 AM.
Harold was born in Austin, MN, on November 3, 1943, to William and Luella (Preschur) Adams. He married Dorothy Peterson on June 19, 1998, in Owatonna. He enjoyed farming, gardening, redoing furniture, fishing, watching the Vikings and the Twins, and spending time with family.
He is survived by his wife, Dorothy. They shared 27 years of marriage filled with love, laughter, and friendship. He is also survived by four stepchildren: Renee (Roger) Gagner, Dawn (Gary) Berg, Michelle (Dennis) Simon, and Mike (Kim) Peterson; 9 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; and siblings, Edgar Adams, Larry (Debbie) Adams, Shirley McKee and Jeannie Wencl.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one granddaughter, Krissa Berg, and brother-in-law, Tom Wencl.
