Jason Scott Adams

Jason Scott Adams, age 52, of Waverly, TN, passed away Friday, October 10, 2025. He was born in Nashville, TN, on June 13, 1973, to Donald Ralph Adams and Patricia Ann Baker Adams. Jason was known to be a hard worker. He enjoyed collecting coins, records, and CDs. He loved to watch scary movies, Hallmark Christmas movies, Netflix, youtube. He also enjoyed listening to rock music and tattoos. Jason was a loving and caring husband, son, brother, uncle, and friend. He treasured both his family and his precious fur babies, Honey Bunny, Cheesy Weezy, and Buddy.
He leaves behind his beloved wife of 26 years Valerie Adams, Waverly, TN; mother, Patricia Ann Baker Adams; half-brother, Ricky Adams, Waverly, TN; sisters, Tara Hartman, Waverly, TN, and Tiffany Estep (Scott Browning); Waverly, TN, mother-in-law, Arline Lloyd; brother-in-law, Victor Ouellette; nieces, Autumn Hartman and Gracie Estep; nephews, Joseph Hartman (Deanna), Walker Hartman (Madyson), Holden Hartman (Sidney), Hayden Richie, Devin Hilliard, and Cole Browning.
He is preceded in death by his father, Donald Ralph Adams; maternal grandparents, John and Sarah Baker; paternal grandparents, Pap and Mary Adams; uncles, Johnny "Pete", Gary, Jimmy, Kenneth "Buddy", and Travis; and niece, Megan Hartman.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, November 1, 2025, at Luff-Bowen Funeral Home in Waverly, beginning at 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. and also on Sunday, November 2, 2025, at 1:00 P.M. until the time of the service at 2:00 P.M. with Pastor Garrette Milliken.
