Cecil was born May 19, 1962 in Johnson County, Kentucky, son of the late Harold Cecil Blevins and Emma Victoria Frazier VanHoose. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by one sister, Sheila Blevins.
He is survived by one son, Aaron (Brittany) Blevins of Van Lear, Kentucky; five grandchildren, Kaydence Webb, Raegan Webb, Carson Blevins, Grayson Blevins, and Lawson Blevins; one brother, Hal Blevins of Oil Springs, Kentucky; and two sisters, Michelle (Ken) McClure of Oil Springs, Kentucky and Lisa Blevins (John) Salyer of Oil Springs, Kentucky; and two special nephews William Blevins and John Blevins
Graveside services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Saturday at the VanHoose Family Cemetery, Staffordsville, Kentucky (388 Blanton Drive, Staffordsville, KY 41256). Per his request, there will be no visitation prior to services.
Jones-Preston Funeral Home is both Honored and Privileged to be Entrusted with all funeral arrangements for Harold Cecil Blevins.

Very sorry for your loss. I remember good times with him as kids at family reunions and when I came to visit James Christopher Frazier.
