Mr. Harold Loyd Jackson, 92, of Bermuda Run, NC passed away Sunday, November 2, 2025, at Bermuda Village Retirement Center. He was born March 19, 1933 in Altoona, Alabama to David and Myrtle Brothers Jackson. Harold retired from AT & T as a tech writer. He was a jokester, quick witted, and loved to talk politics. He enjoyed his garden, cooking and spending weekends at Lake Norman. Harold always had a story and believed that you should work hard but always have fun. He was preceded in death by his wife, Wanda Lewis Jackson and a sister, Imogene Dawson. Surviving are his daughter, Stephanie West (Stacy); a granddaughter, Alyssa West; a grandson, Cole West; a great grandson, Jackson Hurst and a sister, Ilowene Worthington. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, November 10, 2025 at Westlawn Gardens of Memory. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude’s Place, Memphis, TN 38105. Hayworth-Miller Kinderton Chapel is serving the Jackson family.
