Harold Neff Obituary
Chuck was a 1975 graduate of State College Area High School. He worked as an independent contractor for local transportation and drove for various locations, including CATA buses, until his retirement in 2020.
In addition to his wife, Cynthia, he is survived by his two daughters, Marie Florian and Elizabeth Neff, both of State College, and two grandchildren. Also surviving is a brother and two sisters.
Chuck attended Zion Lutheran Church in Boalsburg. He was an avid animal lover, especially dogs, and in his free time, he enjoyed spending time outdoors.
Funeral services and burial will be private at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are under the direction of Wetzler Funeral Service, Inc. in Bellefonte.

To me he was a gentle giant. An extremely kind man. I will miss seeing him around town and his rides to Lewistown RR station. My condolences. May he rest.

Saddens me to find this out. I met him at a party, around '76, and we were instant friends from then on. Always glad to see ech other when we crossed paths. He'd tell me about his successes, so I would know he was doing well. Wishing Cindy and the kids well during this hard time. So sorry for your loss. Hooter

My condolences to all of his family. I´ve known Chuck for over forty years. I just talked with him two weeks ago. What a shock to hear this news. I´m sorry for your loss.
