About
Harold Ransom Obituary
He grew up in the Central Valley of CA and met Anne at Seattle University. He taught middle school for his primary career and served as the commander of the Tacoma Coast Guard Reserve unit for many years.
He and Anne were fortunate to travel far and wide after retirement, and his happy place was the Hale Koa Resort in Honolulu -which he and Anne visited every year for over 20 years.
We will miss many of his attributes but mostly his humor. It was goofy and always ensured a laugh!
He loved a good breakfast or hamburger spot - especially when accompanied with reading the newspaper.
We hope he's enjoying a delicious hamburger and fries in heaven and the beyond.
He is survived by his wife Anne, his children Michael (Opelia) Ransom, Mary Ransom (Tom Allen) and Shannon (Matthew) Hendricks and grandchildren William and Frances Allen and Nora, Daniel and Owen Hendricks.
