Harold Lee Schley, aged 74, from Telferner, Texas, passed away on Saturday, April 26, 2025, in Victoria. He was born on October 11, 1950, in Kerrville, Texas, to the late Gabriel Salles and Clara Salles.
Family and friends are invited to a visitation on Thursday, May 1, 2025, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Grace Funeral Home, located at 2401 Houston Hwy, Victoria. Funeral Service will take place on Friday, May 2, 2025, at 10:00 AM, followed by a burial at Wood-Hi Cemetery.
Honoring Harold as pallbearers will be Pedro Rodriguez, Daniel Harvell, Jason Gandy, Kody Salles, Larry Salles, Jr., Josh Ureste.
Honorary pallbearers will be Mark Asher, Ricci Deleon, and Cory Priest.
Harold had a passion for cycling, collecting cans for recycling, and watching classic westerns, particularly Gun Smoke and Bonanza. He enjoyed playing solitaire and assembling puzzles, as well as engaging in basketball and tag with nieces and nephews. Harold worked as a Curb and Gutter Fabricator.
He is survived by his sisters, Brenda Cooper (Wyatt) and Lucy Salles; and brothers, Larry Salles and John Salles (Lynne).
He was preceded in death by his sister, Jean Gandy; and brothers, Sambo Salles and David Salles.
Memorial donations may be made to the Hospice of South Texas.
