Hilario Alvarado, 81, of Victoria, Texas, entered into eternal rest on August 13, 2025. He was born on October 21, 1943, in Taft, Texas, to the late Bruno Alvarado and Cleofas Zuniga Alvarado.
Hilario is survived by his loving children: Mary Alvarado Molina and family of Mineral, Texas; Linda Alvarado Edwards and family of Port Lavaca, Texas; Hilario Alvarado Jr. and family of Victoria, Texas; and Manuel Alvarado and family of Victoria, Texas. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and extended family members of Taft, Texas.
In addition, Hilario is survived by his ex-wife, Rosie Campos Cano of Victoria, Texas, and her family of Beeville, Texas.
He is preceded in death by his parents and his daughter, Angie Alvarado.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 22, 2025, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., with a Rosary recited at 6:00 p.m., at Angel Lucy's Funeral Home in Victoria, Texas.
Hilario will be remembered as a devoted father, grandfather, and friend whose memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who loved him.
