Harold “Benny” Staiger Jr., a beloved craftsman and cherished family man, passed away on Friday, September 19th, 2025, at the age of 61. Born on Wednesday, May 6th, 1964, at Ft. Bragg, North Carolina, Harold later made his home in Bucyrus, Ohio, finding joy and fulfillment in both his work and family.

Harold was a dedicated craftsman, whose skilled hands and passion for creation found a home at Baja Boats. His love for working with his hands extended beyond his professional life, as he could often be found under the hood of a car, tuning it to perfection, or in his workshop, building stereos to bring his beloved Rock & Roll to life with even more vibrancy.

He is survived by his devoted father, Harold Staiger Sr., who taught him the values of hard work and integrity. Harold's legacy lives on in his daughter, Dawn Staiger, and her significant other, Steve Haines, as well as his treasured grandson, Trenton Frazier, who will continue to carry forward his grandfather's love of music and craftsmanship. He also leaves behind two cherished nieces and one nephew, his sister, Sherrie, and his long time companion’s granddaughters Haylee and Zariah and grandson Zamari, who will fondly remember his kind spirit and infectious enthusiasm for life.

Harold was preceded in death by his loving mother, Carol Ann, his dear companion, Drema Agin, and her daughter, Victoria Agin, who all held special places in his heart and whose memories he cherished deeply.

Friends and family are invited to gather in remembrance of Harold's life. Arrangements have been entrusted to Edwards Funeral Service Hughes-Allen Chapel, where those who knew him can come together to celebrate a life well-lived and a man profoundly loved.
