Harry Cotterman Obituary
Harry was born on Feb. 21, 1937 in Michigan to the late Harry and Virginia (Hartman) Cotterman.
As a young man, he served in the Air Force from 1955 to 1959. Afterwards he went to work for GM for over 30 years eventually retiring and settling in Iosco county. He and his wife, Kay, loved traveling all over the United States, especially to New Orleans.
Harry was an avid golfer, but also had a wood working shop at home where he made wooden toys for the grandkids. He belonged to the VFW, American Legion, Eagles, and Moose Lodge.
Harry is survived by his children, Ginger, David, Iris, Bobbie, and Anna; brother, Chuck (Darlene); sisters, Donna (Alonzo) and Gina (Barry); 16 grandchildren, and many great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Harry was preceded in death by his wife, Kay (2019), parents, and grandson, Matthew.
Services for Harry will take place at the Buresh Funeral Home in Hale on Friday, Sept. 1. Visitation will be at 10 a.m. Funeral service is at noon. Interment will be at Pioneer Cemetery in Sand Lake with a luncheon to follow.
