Harry Gordon Holcomb, 82 of Bladenboro entered into eternal rest on Saturday, February 24, 2024. He is preceded in death by his parents Paul Elden and Erma Montgomery Holcomb and his mother, Marcella Holcomb Barge. 

Harry enjoyed traveling across the country and was a member of Dublin First Baptist Church. He was in the United States Navy. When he was not working, you would find him volunteering for many different organizations, such as, Mobile Missionary Assistance Program, Volunteer Mobile Missionary, Servants on Wheels EverReady, and the NC Baptist Relief.  His loving heart and gentle smile will be missed by all who knew and loved him. 

He is survived by his wife, Delores Hester Holcomb; sons, Robert Holcomb, Scott Holcomb, Jeff Holcomb, brother, Paul Holcomb and wife Cindy, sisters, Marci Smith and husband Ed, Priscilla Bertling and husband, Tom and eight grandchildren.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, February 28, 2024, from 1:00 pm until 1: 45 pm at Dublin First Baptist Church with funeral services to follow at 2:00pm with Rev. Jason Lee and Rev. Cameron McGill officiating. Burial will follow in Bladen Memorial Gardens. 

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Dublin First Baptist Church.
