It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Harry Franklin Jobes, aged 73, of Lawrenceville, Georgia, who left us peacefully on September 17, 2025, due to natural causes. Born on February 5, 1952, in Ohio, Harry lived a life marked by dedication, adventure, and love for his family.
Harry graduated with a master's degree and dedicated his professional life to investigating for the Government Accountability Office, where his keen insight and commitment made a lasting impact. A proud member of the United States Air Force for seven years, his service to his country was a cornerstone of his character, reflecting the values of integrity and commitment that he carried throughout his life.
Beyond his professional achievements, Harry was an Eagle Scout who embraced life with an adventurous spirit. His love for skydiving and travel showcased his zest for exploration and new experiences, which he delighted in sharing with his beloved wife, Monique Jobes. Together, they created cherished memories that will live on in the hearts of those who knew them.
Harry is survived by his devoted wife, Monique, his greatest companion and confidant; his brother Johnny Jobes; and his sisters Winnie and Josie with her husband Joe Clutter.
In lieu of flowers, condolences may be expressed online at www.mckoon.com.
Harry Franklin Jobes will be deeply missed, but his spirit will forever inspire us to live life to the fullest with love, adventure, and unwavering integrity.
