We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Harry J. Joiner Jr., a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend. Harry passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 23, 2025, at the age of 81.
Harry was born on a crisp winter morning, Friday, January 7, 1944, in Columbus. He inherited a strong work ethic and an innate talent for craftsmanship, which led him into a lifelong career as a skilled carpenter. Harry took immense pride in his work, creating enduring, beautiful structures that serve as a testament to his dedication and precision.
Beyond his professional contributions, Harry was known for his generous spirit, quick wit, and unwavering commitment to his loved ones. He was a fixture in his community and a reliable friend to many. His warm and welcoming personality made a lasting impression on everyone he met.
Harry is survived by his loving family, who cherished every moment with him and will carry forward his memory and values. While he has left this world, his legacy lives on through the countless memories he created and the lives he touched.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Lakeside Funeral Home & Cremation Care. Harry J. Joiner Jr. will be profoundly missed and lovingly remembered. As we say goodbye to a remarkable man, we take comfort in knowing that his spirit will forever be a guiding light in our lives.
