Harry Leon Lowe, a cherished father, papaw, and brother, passed away peacefully on September 9, 2025, in his hometown of Evansville, at the age of 64. Born on January 26, 1961, in Evansville, Harry's life was a testament to the enduring power of love, family, and community.

Harry found being a dad to his children one of life's greatest blessings. Brian (Jamie) Lowe and Madyson Lowe will hold dear the many treasured memories of the time together. The apple of Harry's eye was his adoring grandchildren, Lillian, Lauren, and Lucy Lowe. Harry was most fond of being their Papaw.

Harry grew up in a bustling household, the son of the late George Henry and Ruby Gloria Lowe. He was a brother to Carrel Ray Lowe (Rosella), Jack Wayne Lowe, Charlie Elwood Lowe, Donald Lee Lowe, Paul Edward Lowe, Terry Ray Lowe (Mark), and Debbie Ann Frazier (Glenn). Harry was preceded in death by his brothers Tommy Joseph Lowe, Randy Gene Lowe, George Henry Lowe Jr., James William Lowe, Bobby Joe Lowe, David Leonard Lowe, John Allen Lowe, and his sister Margaret Ruby Lowe.

For four decades, Harry dedicated himself to serving the community through his work in construction and nearly two decades at Head's Roofing and Construction. He was known as a wonderful friend and coworker, whose commitment to excellence and kindness left a lasting impact on the many families he helped throughout his career. Harry's professional life was marked by a strong work ethic and a genuine desire to improve the lives of others.

An avid sports fan, Harry found great pleasure in watching Colts Football, Indiana Fever Basketball. and Indiana University Basketball. He was also a passionate follower of WWE, enjoying the excitement and entertainment it brought to his life. Harry's love for fishing provided him with countless hours of tranquility and reflection, as he cast his line into the waters, waiting for the next big catch. Harry loved supporting his granddaughters in softball, volleyball, swim, and track.

Harry's life was one of vibrant engagement with the world around him. He was a man who embraced every moment with enthusiasm and grace, leaving a trail of cherished memories for all who knew him. His infectious laughter, unwavering support, and generous spirit will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who had the pleasure of crossing paths with him.

As we bid farewell to Harry Leon Lowe, we celebrate a life well-lived, full of purpose, joy, and an abundance of love. His memory will continue to inspire us, reminding us of the beauty in simple pleasures and the importance of cherishing every moment with those we hold dear. Harry's journey on earth may have come to a close, but his spirit will forever remain a guiding light in the hearts of those who loved him.

Harry's family would like to welcome all for a memorial service in honor of him on September 16, 2025 at 11am at Sunset Funeral, Cremation Center and Cemetery.
