Harry Leon Morgan

Harry Leon Morgan, 91, of Hixson, Tennessee, passed away on February 20, 2026. He was born on February 4, 1935, in Dayton, Tennessee, to Bill and Georgia Morgan, and lived most of his life in Hixson, Tennessee.

Mr. Morgan was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, and friend. He was a man of Christian faith and lived his life guided by strong values, integrity, and quiet strength.

He had a deep love for woodworking and spent many hours crafting pieces for family and friends. His skillful hands and patient spirit created not only beautiful works, but lasting memories for those who knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Bill and Georgia Morgan; and four children: Randy, Johnny, David, and Jackie Morgan.

He is survived by his loving wife, Jessie May Morgan; two sons, Wayne and Danny Morgan; his siblings, Jeanette Hanson, Sam Morgan, Eddie Morgan; two grandchildren; Johnny and Christine Morgan and two great-grandchildren; Jade and Lincoln Morgan.

Harry will be remembered for his steady presence, his dedication to his family, and the legacy of love he leaves behind. His memory will be cherished by all who knew him.

Visitation is 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 24, 2026. Services will be 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 25, 2026 at Williamson & Sons Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Buttram Cemetery.
