She is survived by a loving family who meant the world to her: husband Jim; daughter Mandy Lawson & husband Hank; son Dustin Morgan & wife Jessica; Stepson James Westbrook & wife Beckey, stepdaughter Summer Westbrook & wife Deanna Glinka, and stepson Phil Dicketts; grandchildren Shane Tisdale & wife Raven, Callie Rhoten & husband Talon, Rhegan Morgan, Keltey Morgan, & Bryson Morgan; great-grandson Devlan Jennings; little brothers Boyd Miller & husband Billy; Matt Miller, along with many dear and loved family & friends.
Haskellene is preceded in death by her parents Haskell Aaron Watson and Vivian (Golden) Watson, brothers, James Aaron Watson, Jack Watson; sisters, Frankie June Miller, Betty Sue Watson.
Haskellene was the heart of our family-a true original whose love knew no bounds. She worked in many different positions throughout her life, from hairdresser and veterinary assistant to health insurance guru, but it was her time as a waitress that truly lit her up. A social butterfly through and through, she could light up any room and never met a stranger.
Her kitchen was always open, her table always full-she loved to cook, and no one ever left her house hungry. More than anything, she loved her family. If she loved you, she claimed you as her own-blood or not. She was the glue that held our family together.
Though she never touched a drop of alcohol, she spent countless nights in honky tonks, dancing like no one was watching and living every moment to its fullest. Her greatest joy was having her family gathered around her table, playing games, sharing meals, and making memories we will carry in our hearts forever.
She was a proud member of Voca Baptist Church and loved attending Sunday service-especially when she got to listen to Jim sing. Her faith was deep and unwavering. She loved the Lord fiercely and found great joy and peace in her relationship with Him.
She was joy in motion, love in action, and our world is better because we got to be loved by her.
To honor Hack's vibrant spirit and joy she brought to those around her, the family asks that attendees wear colorful attire.
