Loving daughter of the late Herbert and Mary Miller. Beloved wife of the late Frank Sysyn who passed away in 2006. Devoted mother of Frank of Toronto, Canada, Barbara Mennicucci and her fiance Steven Gladden of Barnegat, John and his wife Linda of Wantage, and the late Judith. Loving grandmother of Lisa, Kenneth, Michael, Stephen, Ryan, John, Jennifer and Amy. Cherished great grandmother of Kate, Kelly, Keara and Jackson.
Visiting Wednesday 4-8 PM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton. Funeral Thursday 8:45 AM at the funeral home and 10 AM at St. Andrew the Apostle RC Church, Clifton. Interment, East Ridgelawn Cemetery, Clifton.
In lieu of flowers, donations made to either St. Andrew the Apostle RC Church, 400 Mt. Prospect Ave., Clifton, NJ 07012, or the Ukrainian Catholic University Foundation, UCUFoundation.org, in memory of Hattie, would be greatly appreciated.

DEAR Frank, we send our warm condolences and share your loss. You shared your closeness and devotion to your mother and I vividly remember meeting and having a long conversation with her at a function in Toronto, years ago. She was cheerful, enthusiastic about community issues, and very proud of your achievements. Seeing her photo here, it´s as if we talked yesterday. Keep her memory to give you strength. ´.

Dear Frank and Sysyn Family, I am so sorry for your loss. Take comfort knowing your mother, grandmother and great-grandmother lived a full and rich life and was surrounded by caring family members to the very end.
