Hazel Martin Adams

Mrs. Hazel Martin Adams, 81, passed away on December 25, 2023.
Mrs. Adams was born on October 19, 1942 in Smyrna, SC to the late William Lester Martin and the late Sarah R. Martin. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Wendall Adams; son, William H. Adams; four brothers, Wayne Martin, Norris Martin, Bruce Martin, and Lester Martin; sister, Linda M. Owens; grandson, Jordan Adams.
She is survived by her two sons, Wendall Adams Jr., Jason Adams; daughter, Angela Adams; two brothers, Richard L. Martin (Fay), Kenneth A. Martin (Kaye); sister, Helen Helms (Donald); grandchildren, Wesley Adams Williams (Ale), Jared Adams; great-grandchildren, Porter Williams, Nate Corrigan; sister-in-law, Kathy Martin.
Mrs. Adams loved her family, grandchildren, and dancing. She retired from York Technical college, she was over the Financial Aid Department. She was a member of Catawba Baptist Church, Red Hats Society, Fabolous Flozzie out of York, SC, and Travelers Protective Association (T.P.A), and a member of South Carolina State Employee Association (SCSEA).
There will be a Visitation for family and friends on Wednesday, January 3, 2023 at 11:00 A.M. at Greene Funeral Home Northwest Chapel, 2133 Ebenezer Road, Rock Hill, SC, 29732, and also at the family's home. There will be a graveside service for family only.
