Mrs. Hazel Joyce Chapman, age 86, of Cherokee County, GA, passed away on Monday, July 8, 2024 at her home.
Hazel was a member of Maple Grove Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Chapman; daughter, Janice Crane; several brothers and sisters.
Survivors include her sons, Eddie Edwards of Cherokee County, GA and Cecil Edwards of Cherokee County, GA; sisters, Mary Alice Cronan of Cherokee County, GA and Barbara Wilkie of Cherokee County, GA; grandchildren, Alicia Edwards, Gina Crane, Donna Crane, Daniel Crane, and Samantha Crane; great-grandchildren, Mason Austin Edwards, Desiree Utz, Logan Utz, Emily Wilson, Madison Wilson, Skylar Crane, Waylon Crane, Peyton Crane, Philip Crane, Phoebe Crane, Elijah Crane, and Elliot Crane; 4 great great-grandchildren; niece, Kathy Fountain; nephews, Russell Millwood and Ricky Cronan; extended family also survives.
Funeral services to celebrate the life of Mrs. Hazel Joyce Chapman will be held on Thursday, July 11, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. from the chapel of Peeples Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Maple Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, July 11, 2024 from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m.
Peeples Funeral Home & Crematory of Chatsworth has been entrusted with the arrangements for Mrs. Joyce Hazel Chapman.
