He is survived by his wife of 15 years, Lisa Tye; daughter, Summer Monroe; son, Malcolm C. Monroe; father, Malcolm J. Monroe; brother, Chad Monroe; and sisters, Hollie Monroe, Karen Rutledge, and Casey Dupre.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Earline Lapeyrouse Monroe; and daughter, Heather Monroe.
A memorial visitation will be held in his honor on Saturday, January 29, 2022, from 3:00 pm until 5:00 pm at Samart Funeral Home of Houma, West Park, Gray, LA.,
