Heather LeeAnn Dutra

Heather LeeAnn Dutra, 36, of Colonial Heights, Virginia passed away on Wednesday, May 28, 2025. Born June 30, 1988, in California, she was the daughter of Melisa Phillingane and Victor Dutra. She is preceded in death by her son, Jax Dutra, and grandmother, Patricia Dutra.

Heather was a loving mother to her son and a caring aunt to her three nieces. Some of her happiest moments were spent doing crafts with them – creating, laughing, and making memories together.

She is survived by her mother Melisa Phillingane; fathers, Mike Phillingane and Victor Dutra; sister, Savannah Phillingane; son, Andrew Neatherly; and nieces, Nevaeh Cortese, Heaven Cortese, and Temperance Cortese.

A funeral mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, June 6, 2025, at St. Ann Catholic Church, 17111 Rte. 1, South Chesterfield, VA 23834. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the church. Interment will take place at St. Ann Catholic Church Cemetery following the service.
