Mrs. Heather Marie Isreal, 48, of Swainsboro passed away Saturday, November 23, 2024, at Memorial Medical Center in Savannah. She was born June 8, 1976, in Gainesville, FL to William Wayne Carroll and Carol Tallada Hooks. Heather was preceded in death by her father.
It is with profound sadness that the family of Heather announce her passing. She was a beloved Grandmother, mother and daughter who left her family at the young age of 48. Surrounded by her loving mother and daughters in her final moments, she was a woman who cherished every moment spent with her loved ones. Her passion for reading, writing, video games and her unwavering spirit will forever be remembered.
Heather is survived by her mother, Carol Hooks (Raymond) of Swainsboro; daughters, Ariel Hackle (Derek) and Haley Isreal, both of Swainsboro; granddaughter, Midna Hackle and other family members and friends who will continue to honor her legacy by living their lives to the fullest.
There will be no services at this time. A memorial service may be held in the future.
