Janet Sue Isreal

Janet Sue Isreal, 72, of Ravenden passed from this life on Tuesday, March 25, 2025, at Flo and Phil Hospice House in Jonesboro. She was born February 21, 1953, in Gideon, Missouri, to the late Vernon and Mary "Vivian" (Tyler) Dill. Janet was united in marriage to Wesley Eugene Isreal Sr. on September 23, 1978, in Ravenden. She was a medical biller during her life and a member of the SonLife Broadcasting Network.
In addition to her parents, Janet was preceded in death by her sisters, Sharon Evering and Lisa Taylor.
She is survived by her husband, Wesley Eugene Isreal Sr., of the home; children, Wesley Eugene Isreal Jr. (Amy) of Granite City, Illinois, and Eugenia Isreal Morris of Ravenden; sisters, Judy Rigney of St. Louis, Missouri, and Betty Nolin of Arnold, Missouri; grandchildren, Audrey Isreal, JoyceAnn Isreal, Tyler Isreal, and Jett Morris; special pet, Penny; and great-grand dog, Turnip.
Visitation will be Thursday, March 27, 2025, from 2 until 3 p.m. in Cox Funeral Home chapel in Walnut Ridge, with funeral services following at 3 p.m. Michael Bradley will officiate. Cremation will follow after services.
