Hedwig M. (nee Kozel) Cowman, 100, of Concord, passed away Wednesday, June 19, 2024, at her home.
She was born June 11, 1924, in Cleveland.
Hedwig was a long time member of St. Mary of the Assumption Church in Collinwood.
She was the loving mother of Sheilarae (Ron) Wendeln and Brian J. Cowman; cherished grandmother of Zachary Wendeln and Briana Cowman; and aunt of many nieces and nephews.
Hedwig is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Raymond M. Cowman; parents, John and Mary (nee Pagmn) Kozel; and siblings, John (Lillian) Kozel, Rudolph (Lillian) Kozel, Josephine (Nick) Farinacci and Stephanie (Frank) Kontely.
Services will be private.
Arrangements are entrusted to McMahon-Coyne-Vitantonio Funeral Homes in Willoughby and Mentor.
