Charleston and Milo – Heidi M. Finson, 63, passed away September 14, 2025, at her home. She was born December 11, 1961, in Milo, the daughter of Kathy L. (Ellis) and Parker V. Willinski. Heidi worked as a Pre-K teacher for 38 years, finishing her career at Milo Elementary. She adored all of her students and often referred to them as her "kids". Heidi's faith was her strength and she loved her church and church family at the Charleston Church.

Heidi is survived by her loving husband of 45 years, Leroy Finson; mother, Kathy West and her husband, George; brother, Abe Willinski and his wife, Kate; several nieces and nephews; and special friend, Corrina Barry. She was predeceased by her son, Jeremy Finson; father, Parker Willinski; brother, John Willinski; and aunt, Sheila Ellis.

Visitation for family and friends will be held 5-7PM Tuesday, September 16, 2025, at the Lary Funeral Home, 62 Summer Street, Dover-Foxcroft. A funeral service will be conducted 11AM Wednesday, September 17, 2025, at the Charleston Church, 185 Main Road, Charleston. Burial will be in the family lot in the Puddledock Cemetery, Charleston. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Kingdom Builders for Charleston Church, 185 Main Road, Charleston, ME 04422. Arrangements are in the care of the Lary Funeral Home.
