Helen Elizabeth Brown, age 77, passed away Monday, July 14, 2025, in Springdale, Arkansas. She was born on September 28, 1947, in Fayetteville, Arkansas to the late Charles Lester and Jane Lenora (Beasley) Brown. Helen brought a quiet light to Springdale and was a familiar presence at the Robinson Avenue Church of Christ, where her devotion to services was unwavering. She cherished spending time among the "LOL" (Little Old Ladies) group, a group she deeply loved, and going to Tuesday morning lady's bible study. An avid reader, she always found immense joy in scripture. The Springdale Public Library and NW Medical Thrift Store were favorite places to visit, where she not only pursued her passion for books but also forged warm friendships with the volunteers and staff. In earlier years, the stroke of a paintbrush brought her much contentment and showcased a hidden talent. Helen is preceded in death by one sister, May Mitchell.

She is survived by her brother, Charles Wesley and his wife Gerri Brown of Springdale, as well as a host of beloved extended family.

Visitation will be 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. on Friday, July 18, 2025, at Heritage Funeral Home Chapel in Springdale, Arkansas. Funeral service will be 2:00 P.M., Saturday, July 19, 2025, at Robinson Avenue Church of Christ in Springdale, Arkansas with Minister Keith Kilmer officiating. Burial will follow at Friendship Cemetery in Springdale, Arkansas. Pallbearers are Trent Arnold, David Dobbs, Wade Hardeman, Richard Keene, David O'Neil, and Brent Roach. Honorary pallbearers are the Elders of Robinson Avenue Church of Christ.
