Helen Buffum Obituary

Tinmouth- Helen Buffum died on Thursday October 23, 2025, at the Mountain View Center in Rutland.
She was born in Pittsford on February 22, 1933, the daughter of Harry and Thelma (Davis) Bradley.
She graduated from Pittsford High School. Helen married Cecil Buffum on September 1, 1951, and raised 4 boys in Tinmouth, Vermont.
While primarily a homemaker, she did work for a period of time at Tambrands and Proctor Bank. She helped her husband with sugaring as well.
She enjoyed travelling, reading, bowling, crocheting, crossword puzzles and watching Jeopardy on television.
Helen is survived by her sons Harold, Howard (Deborah), and Jerry (Lynn), all of Tinmouth and Edward (Loretta) of Danby, 11 grandchildren, and 18 great grandchildren, brothers Paul Bradley and Bob Bradley and sister Edith Gove, and nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband Cecil in October of 2015, siblings Arthur, Ernie, Marilyn Blackwood, Dorothy Beckett and Elaine Tarazewich.
Burial services will be private.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, November 9, 2025, at the Tinmouth Community Center from noon to 4 PM.
