The family will receive friends on Tuesday, February 3, 2026 at The March Life Tribute Ctr, 5616 Old Court Rd, Windsor Mill, MD 21244 from 4-6PM and on Wednesday, Feb 4, 2026 at 10:OOAM with Delta Service at 10:30AM followed by Funeral Services at 11:00AM. In lieu of flowers please donate to jschoolmuseum.org/donate

Ms. Carr was a kind and caring person. I grew up under her watchful eyes. She was one of the "mothers" at Holy Trinity. She will be missed by all of us, but I will especially miss her heart and her beautiful smile. Rest now Ms. Carr and thank you!.
