Helen was born to Martin and Ragna Berg in Minnesota on October 30, 1921. She was married to Harold Reuben Frisk on June 17, 1940. They moved to Spokane, WA. where they raised their three children.
Helen is survived by her three children Gwendell (Bonnie) Frisk, Genell Vosahlo and June Frisk.
Six grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, and several great-great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by both her parents, six brothers, four sisters and her husband.
