Helen M. Green, 81, of Bacliff, Texas, passed away on Monday, March 31, 2025, at her residence with her family by her side. She was born in Richmond, California on August 18, 1943, to the late Mary Kathleen (Clark) Millwee and John Oliver Millwee.
She was preceded by her parents and husband Joseph C. Green.
Helen was a housewife and a volunteer which was a big part of her life that she loved doing. She volunteered for the V.F.W. Auxiliary, and Champs Reading Program.
Helen is survived by her daughter Patty Green, grandson Trey Thompson, granddaughter Mary Onukivage and husband Pete, great granddaughters Madison Barker, Abigail Onukivage, Gabriella Onukivage, and great great grandson Dale Dodson, IV.
The family will welcome friends and loved ones from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 8, 2025, at Emken-Linton Funeral Home, 5100 Emmett F. Lowry Expressway, Texas City, Texas, with funeral services to follow at 3:00 p.m.
Helen will be buried with her husband at Houston National Cemetery.
