Helen Greene Obituary

She was saved as a young girl at New Life Missionary Baptist Church. She was a devoted woman of faith who cherished her family. She was the last living Charter member of the Church she still attended, Henards Chapel Missionary Baptist Church. Her kindness and unwavering love touched the lives of those around her.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy L Greene.
Left to cherish her memory are her children, Karen Greene and Gary Greene and his wife Linda all of Rogersville; grandchildren, Keith Mayes, Lisa Graves, Mark Mayes, Bethany Musslewhite, and Amber Davis; ten great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
The family would like to thank Amedisys Hospice for all the wonderful care they provided.
A Graveside service will be held at 11am on Tuesday, March 11th at McKinney Cemetery with Rev. Stevie Rogers officiating. Music will be provided by Kinsley Waggoner. Gentlemen serving as pallbearers will be: Mark and Keith Mayes, Mark and Tanner Graves, David Musslewhite, and Jamie Davis. Honorary pallbearers will be: Herman Mayes and Ricky Greene. If you wish to follow in procession, please meet at Christian-Sells Funeral Home by 10:30am. Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.christiansells.com
