Helen S. Lipps of Six Lakes, Michigan, formerly of Gladwin, Michigan, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday August 21, 2025. She was born in Owosso, Michigan on October 5, 1961, the daughter of Ronald Cramer & Judith Johnson. Helen graduated from Grand Ledge Community Schools. She has lived in Six Lakes, Michigan for over 20 years where she cultivated her love of gardening. She had many hobbies and interests but nothing made her more happy then spending time with her family, especially her children and grandchildren. Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Terry L. Lipps; her children: Laura (Dominic) Krawczyk of Cadillac, Michigan, Larry McCarrick of Cadillac, Michigan, and Angela (Jacob) Fox of Valdosta, Georgia; Mother: Judith L. Johnson of Gladwin, Michigan & Valdosta, Georgia; Grandchildren: Fenicia (Ben) O'Quin, Courtney Daniel, Nevaeh Krawczyk, Kaden Krawczyk, Ethan Fox, Annabelle Fox, Bryson Fox, and Bentley Fox; Siblings: Pamela Belknap, Julie Nieto, Lucinda Simmons, Timothy McCarrick, Suzanne (Dave) Breckenridge, Bill Ray (Carla) McCarrick, Dan (Charity) McCarrick, and Ken McCarrick, Rodger (Laura) Cramer, Donald (Danette) Cramer, Sandra (Lloyd) McMasters, and stepmom, Elaine Cramer. Several Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, and Nephews. She is preceded in death by her paternal father Ronald Cramer, her adoptive father Bill McCarrick, her stepfather Robert Johnson; Stepbrothers: Bob Johnson and Steven Johnson; Sisters: Kathy Bugh, Shelia Henry, Dalene Meddaugh, and Lois Lynn McCarrick.
A Celebration of Life will be conducted on her behalf on Saturday August 30, 2025 at her mother's home in Gladwin, Michigan.
